Administrative Assistant

Are you looking for new challenges in your routine? We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist to join our administrative team. You will be responsible for welcoming people at the reception. You will also be involved in activities related to purchasing and orders and will assist managers in various administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities

• Greeting visitors at the reception

• Sorting and distributing mail

• Preparing packages to send to customers, suppliers and partners

• Performing different administrative tasks at the management request (expense accounts, organizing meetings, booking rooms, etc.)

• Welcoming new employees and preparing their integration

• Making reservations for airplane tickets, cars, hotel rooms, etc.

• Organizing events for employees (thematic months, Christmas & summer parties, etc.)

• Offering concierge services within the company

• Performing other related tasks

Your background

• Technical or professional studies diploma in a relevant field

• Relevant experience in a similar position

• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

• Bilingualism French and English, oral and written
