Are you seeking new challenges? We are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Experience team. You will be responsible for welcoming people at the reception desk. You will also be involved in activities related to purchasing and orders and will assist managers in various administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors at the reception desk

  • Sorting and distributing mail

  • Preparing packages to send to clients, suppliers and partners

  • Performing different administrative tasks requested by management (expense accounts, organizing meetings, booking rooms, etc.)

  • Welcoming new employees and coordinating their integration

  • Making reservations for airplane tickets, cars, hotel rooms, etc.

  • Organizing events for employees (thematic months, Christmas & summer parties, etc.)

  • Performing concierge-type services within the company

  • Performing other related tasks

Your background

  • Technical or professional studies diploma in a relevant field

  • Relevant experience in a similar position

  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Bilingualism French and English, oral and written
