Under the supervision of the Technical Support Team Leader and in close contact with the technical support team, you will be responsible for helping customers daily. You will respond to incoming calls, actively listen to customers to fully understand their needs, and accompany them to a solution that meets their expectations, while respecting deadlines and processes in place.

Your responsibilities

  • Assist clients to offer a customer experience to the highest standards

  • Responsible for customer inquiries, you will prioritize and track open tickets proactively using the incident tracking system in place

  • Respond to first level technical requests (resolution with precise procedure)

  • Analyze and document requests to treat or escalate them to affected stakeholders based on their nature

  • Track incidents status and update the clients

  • Document resolved issues to build a shared knowledge base and contribute to continuous improvement of the service

  • Contribute to the technical documentation delivered to customers

Your background

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service dealing with external customers

  • Excellent customer approach based on respect and attention to detail

  • Ability to effectively manage priorities

  • Enjoy teamwork in a collaborative and supportive environment

  • Like to chat with customers over the phone

  • Resourcefulness

  • Dynamic

  • Good communication skills

  • Good sens of organization

  • Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written
