Are you rigorous and looking for new challenges? We are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. You will provide support to the VP of sales and his team regarding management and administration of information, files, records and reports related to commercial activities. Your strong administrative skills will be a valued asset to fulfil your tasks which will go beyond any supporting role.

Your responsibilities

  • Processing sales orders and entering their data in the system efficiently

  • Coordinating and sharing bids and contract-related information with the Purchase and Order team, and project managers as well

  • Checking and presenting sales forecast reports on a weekly basis

  • Collecting information and processing expense accounts

  • Keeping the Account Managers and Solution Specialists up to date on expense budgets

  • Calculating and checking commissions paid to the Account Managers, Solution Specialists and Project Managers for each quarter

  • Sending the received inquiries (telephone, email or web) to their designated Account Managers

  • Managing the inventory assigned to Sales (demo kits, fixed assets, etc.) and following up on request approval by the Sales Director

  • Coordinating business travels for the sales team

  • Contributing to the CRM database information and managing other related sales directory files

  • Creating, editing and proofreading Word documents

  • Offering administrative support to the sales team upon request

Your background

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales assistant or administrative assistant

  • Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in Accounting, Finances or Administration

  • Proficient in French and English, spoken and written (with an emphasis on grammar)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with a CRM system (e.g.: Salesforce)

  • Attention to detail, rigour and ability to prioritize

  • Ability to work quickly, accurately and handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy

  • Autonomy, judgment, reliability and sense of initiative
