As a Technical Sales Specialist/Sales Engineer, you will become our Subject Matter Expert by mastering every technical aspect of the solution. Your main responsibilities will be to accompany the Account Managers to the pre-sales meetings where technical questions are addressed, define how the solution is to be customized to meet client requirements, while working closely with other teams such as R&D and Project Management.
To fill this role, you must understand the Transportation industry as well as every aspect of the business process, and operational challenges in freight transport. You will use ISAAC’s solutions to help clients overcome challenges and improve their performances. You will report to the Vice-President of Sales.
The ideal candidate has good social skills, likes to find solutions to problems, has a lot of interest in technology, is an energetic team player, and is curious in understanding how stuff works.
