Your responsibilities

  • Managing a dynamic team of Technical Support Specialists (scheduling, replacement, performance appraisal, development plans, transition plans, etc.) and a team of Client Service Representatives

  • Ensuring a high standard of quality in customer service

  • Respecting our service level agreement (SLA) towards our clients and fostering their recommendation of ISAAC

  • Implementing and following key performance indicators (KPIs), performing active management and being readily available to your colleagues (weekly individual meetings, making rounds twice per day), in order to evaluate the success of adopted strategies

  • Being on the lookout for new talent to join the team

  • Implement ongoing training programs to ensure team members are familiar with our products, services, procedures and clients

  • Weaving fun into work by organizing activities for the teams on a regular basis

Your background

  • More than 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Undergraduate diploma in business administration or management, or a similar field

  • Proficiency with MS Office suite

  • Excellent customer approach based on respect and attention to detail

  • Ability to adapt easily, strong organization skills

  • Dynamic and enthusiastic

  • Proficiency in French and English, spoken and written
