ISAAC Instruments’ User Conference Was a Resounding Success

ISAAC Instruments held its annual User Conference at the Montreal Science Center on November 16 and 17. Gathering more than 200 participants and an array of experts from the transportation industry, the conference aimed to enhance the knowledge of participants on current topics and to review the challenges facing the industry for the coming years. Participants were polled on their interest regarding the development of new features.

Main Themes: Intelligence, innovation & integration

These three themes were at the heart of presentations during the conference:

  • Intelligence: making informed decisions by leveraging business intelligence

  • Innovation: innovating through processes, know-how and technologies

  • Integration: improving efficiency by integrating multiple technologies

ISAAC took this opportunity to unveil its five main innovations which are detailed in a separate article. These are: the ISAAC InView Camera system, the ISAAC InRealTime V5 web portal, the Pick-up and delivery and Trip sheet modules, and the ISAAC Coach, all to be available by the end of March 2018.

The logistics, speeches, food, your open-mindedness and answers to questions exceeded my expectations” said M. Jean-Yves Delisle, General Manager of Cascades Transport and Transit Inc.
